Love / Hate Relationship with Jillian Michaels

I have been running for years…um…maybe 40???  But I recently started doing the 30 Day Shred video with Jillian Michaels.  What a difference!  I ran this morning after only 2 consecutive weeks of doing the workout 3 days per week and running was pain free and so easy.  I almost have defined abs in there too!  at 60!  No kidding this is the best workout!  Best of all it only takes 20 minutes.  It will kill you for 20 minutes but it is great.  (My husband even started doing it with me)…..
